Appointments, Sessions & Cancellations
Appointments must be scheduled in advance
Session duration, format (online/offline), and fees are communicated prior to booking
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in partial or full session charges
Payments, Fees & Refunds
All fees are clearly communicated before service delivery
Payments must be made in full before sessions, programs, or training access
Fees are non-refundable once a session or program has commenced
Refunds, if applicable, are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy

Training Programs & Certifications
Certification programs are offered for educational and professional development purposes
Certification does not guarantee employment, licensing, or legal authorization to practice
