At Hypnotherapy Pvt. Ltd. (“we,” “our,” or “us”), we are committed to providing high-quality hypnotherapy services, training programs, and consultations. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds to ensure clarity for all clients, trainees, and participants.

By booking or enrolling in our services, you agree to comply with this policy.

Session & Appointment Cancellation

  • Clients may cancel or reschedule sessions by providing at least 24 hours notice before the scheduled time.

  • Cancellations made with sufficient notice will not incur charges.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be charged 50% of the session fee.

  • No-shows will result in a full session charge.

Online and offline sessions follow the same cancellation terms.

Program & Workshop Enrollment

  • Enrollments for training programs, workshops, or courses may be cancelled up to 7 days before the program start date for a full refund.

  • Cancellations within 7 days of program commencement are non-refundable.

  • If a program is postponed or rescheduled by Hypnotherapy Pvt. Ltd., participants may transfer enrollment to the new dates or request a full refund.

Medical & Mental Health Disclaimer

  • Our services do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition.

  • Hypnotherapy should not replace professional medical advice, psychotherapy, or psychiatric care.

  • Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical or mental health concerns.

If you are experiencing severe mental distress, suicidal thoughts, psychosis, or medical emergencies, seek immediate professional help.

Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted via email to [your email] with booking details.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

  • Partial refunds may apply for sessions partially completed.

Special Cases

  • In the event of medical emergencies, we may provide special consideration for refunds or rescheduling. Documentation may be required.

  • Discounts, promotional offers, or package deals are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Rescheduling Policy

  • Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before the session.

  • Rescheduled sessions are subject to availability.

  • Multiple reschedules may be limited at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Training materials, digital downloads, and certification fees are non-refundable once accessed or issued.

  • Fees for third-party services, such as online payment gateway charges, are non-refundable.
