Client Responsibility & Consent

You remain fully responsible for your decisions, actions, and outcomes.

Appointments, Sessions & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance

    • Session duration, format (online/offline), and fees are communicated prior to booking

    • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance

    • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in partial or full session charges

Payments, Fees & Refunds

  • All fees are clearly communicated before service delivery

  • Payments must be made in full before sessions, programs, or training access

  • Fees are non-refundable once a session or program has commenced

  • Refunds, if applicable, are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy

Training Programs & Certifications

Certification programs are offered for educational and professional development purposes

    • Certification does not guarantee employment, licensing, or legal authorization to practice

    • Completion requirements, assessments, and ethical standards must be met

    • Misuse of certificates or false claims of qualification are strictly prohibited
